Maybe an extra bit of leather in the bottom to pad that sharp end. May keep it from poking through and poking you. Nice job on it too!!
I made some knuckles out of super sculpey. I still need to bake and paint it. It bakes pretty hard but it's more of a prop than anything else.
Yeah it would probably hurt if I used it as a weapon. I should've made it with a convex base. I'm only going to be using it as a prop for a costume though so I won't worry about it. Perhaps my next attempt...
My nephew just finished his first pinewood derby car. The only thing I did was chisel the cavity for the weights. He cut it, sanded it, painted it, and attached the wheels. Looks fast, don't it?
