Depending on the size I make a micro FAK and put in:
Infarction dose of aspirin, gravol, acetaminophen, ibuprophen, imodium, a band aid, an alcohol wipe, cash bill, emergency info on a slip of paper and ear protection plugs - etymotic or regular foam ones
Heres my favorite capsules:
Keep anything you want in a pill fob except pills! My Dr. Who treats my bad back recently told me the DEA wants pills in the container they came from. However, the pharmacy, on the info you get has spare stickers with all the info, so I don't know?
You can't drive from New York to LA without passing a drug store every 1/2 mile, there is not one person in the country not on something, and pill boxes like our grandparents used to have as nice accessories average banned (like everything else) by the useless DEA! While they pick on my Harvard trained specialist who keeps me working, uneducated peasants smuggle tons of junk over the border.
Just be careful with your fob!
I have aspirin in one and $20 in the other.
I got a rolled up $100 in mine. Haven't needed to use it yet.
That is a good idea. I keep $100s rolled up in some of my EDC lights.
If/when I have carried a pill fob on the keys I've kept a folded $50 inside it. A 50 spot will get me a taxi to most anywhere I needed to be when put in those situations. There's other times where a spot of cash can come in handy too when there's none in the actual wallet
Wow, I hope you're doing better! I haven't had to deal with a heart attack, be it within family or friends, but I could only imagine how it must have impacted you/your loved ones.
Thanks for the kind words - I'm all better now. Just a freak thing really - a small blood clot passed through my heart, which is what caused it. Otherwise, all it's all good and healthy.
It mostly impacted on my burger eating agenda and my wife is always now 'recommending' things for me when we eat out! It freaked her and the relatives out for a short while (I'm 43 and relatively fit so it came as a shock) but it was just one of those random things.
Hearing aid batteries. It's not an actual pill fob, but the barrel of an Inka keychain pen.
Uh, pills ? I have two medicines I take daily and use them to keep a back up or a couple days worth the. Traveling but do not keep on keychain just inside y briefcase

Ambien for those transoceanic flights.
Ibuprofen, Prilosec and Benadryl.
My daily pills won't fit in a pill fob. horsepills! I keep mine in a nalgen 6oz. in the truck.
No pills yet! Tried a $20 in the real small SS one- high quality- needed the Edc tweezers to get the bill out!
Just ordered myself a couple for my keychain. One for spare £20 note, another for day-to-day painkillers I think.
Excedrin, ibuprofen, benadryl and imodium. I have a couplo e of band-aides in my cell phone case. That will generally get me from where ever I am to something better a little more comfortably when something happens.
I didn't want to "like" this post because I didn't want you to think I was "liking" your heart attack.
