One of my all time favorite vehicles was my dad's old 1974 bomb proof F-type pickup. Don't know if it was a 100 or 150, but I'm guessing 150. Anyway, you had to put it in neutral while rolling, blip the gas and slip it into gear again to get it to shift up, but once you got the hang of it, man that thing was a battle horse.

I'm driving a company vehicle, its a Mitsubishi L200 Warrior 4x4. It's classed as a commercial van by the tax man so cheaper than a car. It's heavy on fuel but it's a nice enough drive.

Have been missing this forum so just spent a few hours updating myself with some EDC goodness. :D Ahhhhhh that's better

I like the Juke usk, my other half has one of them, very comfy inside!

Got this last December, after the cambelt went on my honda civic. Can't beat a Lux on reliability. ;)

Traded my -99 Ducati (pictured somewhere earlier in this thread) for -96 Cabriolet. Slowest engine of them all but still darn fun to drive.

My old lady minivan is now sporting a busted back bumper. A pole ran out of no where and whacked me. He's laughing it up with all his other pole friends tonight talking about the old broad he bagged.

All this poor, just graduated high school kid could afford. Love it, though.

Can't help but hate the tax system we have: cheapest V6 of that body is 22.9k euros here, checked two minutes ago. So, out of curiosity, how much do those go for there on average? I was first looking for convertible V8 SN95 but they were at least twice the price of that 2.0 Audi I bought couple weeks ago. Foxbody was triple that.

Wow, that's insane. I paid 6k for mine, but it's got 150k miles on it. On average, I would say 05-08 models with 120-150k go for $6-8k

My sister married a Dane and lived in Copenhagen back in the 90s. When they were about to buy a car she mentioned that they are taking out a loan.... about 40K USD. I thought that they must be doing pretty well.... Thinking in terms of a BMW or a Merc..... They picked me up at the airport in a tiny Euro economy thing from Peugot or Citroen. Being the charmer I asked who crashed the new wheels and if they could at least rent something with the back seat large enough for me to breath. That was the new car! A super expensive new car! 180% tax on top of the actual price is a bit of a bummer....... Welcome to Scandinavia.
