Hey GH, what do you have going there with the shorter run that has the skull on it? At first I thought it might be a sippy tube for a camelback with the cap on the end.. I don't think I'm close though..

I'll buy that but, what is the purpose of that part of the handle? Is it just decorative in nature or is it used for something else...

GH Great idea! Just got some Web Dominators the other day, love them so far. Lots of possibilities, and you show that.

I used the ends of cord that would normally be cut and singed to make the patterns.
So, yes it is decorative and I suppose it might have function for something [?] I'll have to see ,)
I also plan to add a few hand made beads to it soon ..

I got the idea from one of the forum members, not sure who right now but it works very well ,)

    I had about 450' of GITD paracord...and 200' of reflective paracord...and about 300' of both GITD/reflective paracord.
I sent most of it to DahlKen,a friend & disabled Navy Vet, from over on BladeForums.
Now I own about 30 pieces of his extreme knotwork artistry.
GRIFFINHAWKS can identify with this, being another stage rigger...I was looking for a tool lanyard, adjustable, for tools that must never be dropped....84' up,on a wire grid above the stage, focusing lamps, comes to mind...or maybe leaning out of a deerstand to trim limbs from a shooting lane...
Here's the Gnarly Safety Retention Lanyard that he named after me,prob'ly for pestering him to make:

    First,his description:
    (Quotation from DahlKen):
'Here is a few teasers of an EOD breacher Bar done with a Strider style wrap with an adjustable "Gnarly Safety Retention Lanyard" incorporated in black cord over Orange reflective 550 with a decorative sinnet of black/orange and black GITD 550.'

My youngest son has my digital camera, headed for Garden of the Gods near Colorado Springs...when he returns I'll try to get more pix of my lanyard collection.

I made my dog a new collar the other day. This way, people can tell she's a girl, but she doesn't have to wear one of the wussy pink collars they sell at the store! :D
I'm going to make a matching leash sometime soon too.
