Fixing a leak from an outside hydrant, I used a Super Tool 300 flat head driver to uncover the packing nut, then needed a 7/8 wrench to complete the job. Just after finishing, the caterpillar showed up, travelled the circumference of the knob, then disappeared. I guess the job passed inspection.

Glad too see you tripped the breaker first. I tend to skip that little bit and the last time I swapped out a dimmer, I used my Wave. So much current passed through me, the breaker tripped on its own.

I feel like I can laugh at that one only because I've been there, too!

At work yesterday I used my Gerber BG Compact Multitool to pick up a diaper that someone left NEXT to the trash can on the bathroom floor.

That serrated blade is sooooooooooooo good on this MT. I started with the CRK Large Sebbie, but the blade was too fat and I damaged the tip so it wasn't piercing like it should have

Used my LM to hold the nuts while I tightened the screws on my new gas range I installed. Used the scissors on my SAK to cut the teflon tape for the fittings.

used my leatherman charge tti to hold the tiny bolts that i had to instal on our new bbq.
i didn't have a wrench to fit the tiny bolt so i thought why not use the charge.

Using my LM Ti Charge to work on my 40+ year old ceiling fan. I helped my dad put up this ceiling fan in our old house 40+ years when I was a kid. Parents gave it to me 15+ years ago for my workshop and it's been running nonstop (until recently) since.

Used my Leatherman Sidekick to swap out the belt clip on a kydex sheath for one of my smaller fixed blades. Used the toothpick on my SAK to pick my bathroom door lock (one of those push button locks)

Cut a coupon out. I used my Leatherman Skeletool CX. It doesn't have scissors, so I just sliced the coupon out of the sheet. Also sliced open a pair of shipping envelopes, one with two HooRags and the second with 6 keychain pillfobs for EDC usage. My Leatherman got a lot of use at that Wendy's today. :D

out on a bike ride i found some PVC pipe and actually need PVC for some DIY projects but it was like 10' so i pulled out my rebar and cut about 4 ft to keep for myself and take home, just strapped it to the cargo rack and rode home left the rest of it just there where i found it
