ummm. Now don't flame me. I accept that BM knives are versatile. But I for one have never really thought they were considered multitools? Maybe its just me?

Fishing with mi kid. He is 10 years old and has been learning the basics.
Wingman pliers to cut the fishing line. It was faster than deploying the Wingman or Surge scissors.

I have seen some threads where some users say that the Wingman wire cutters won't close. My experience is that if you apply a just a little bit more of pressure, they will close completely, or at least enough to cut something as thin as a fishing line.

This is not mine, I saw it on facebook and it may have already been posted. Sorry it it has. It made me cry, I hope this poor thing is okay. For animal lovers, be warned, this is hard to watch. It's actually a SAK, but still a multitool.

Today my Explorer failed me! I was supposed to open a door without door handle and have done it before with my farmer with the driver in the bottle opener but it is smaller on the Explorer and was just twisting in the hole. But I got use of the Phillips in the back of our freezer

Glad it worked out for you. btw, there are such things as split ring pliers; many have written in to edcf indicating that places that sell fishing tackle have these. Also available on Amazon (shocking, no? lol); and I think TEC sells them as an accessory. Just in case you need to do this often. Easier to work with.

I used my victorinox explorer to assemble some parts on a new bicycle, cut my own finger, cut down cardboard, open some boxes, used the hook to remove those cardboard staples before throwing it in the fire place, played with the magnifier, use the small blade to remove dirt from under the skin on my thumb, opened a beer bottle, the scissors for cutting zip ties.

That's allfor today I think.. Have been cutting up firewood for next season all day and haven't really had any time for the normal everyday tasks

Mine never did - extra squeeze or not. I've picture somewhere showing the gap. I sent it back to leatherman, got it back exactly the same. I came to the conclusion it's a design flaw and live with it.

Used the large flathead (the one that's not a bit) on my charge tti to help get the waterproof housing open on my traxxas Slash so I could upgrade the motor and ecu to a castle creations sidewinder. Which is a huge improvement might I add.

In order to get to see some installations or facilities we needed to take a walk which became a little 1 hour trekking activity. It isn't something we usually do, but it was real fun. Someone in the group wanted something to be used as a hiking or trekking pole and the surroundings were plenty of some sort of bamboo.

Misused my Leatherman Charge Titanium a while ago for cutting sushi because it was the only knife around that was sharp enough..

Today I opened some packaging and I used the small scissors to cut my fingernails. Oh, and I cut some rope with the hook knife on the serrated blade.
