Used my new Leatherman Supertool 300 to unscrew and then screw back on the battery compartment to my new Black Diamond Storm as I obviously had to put batteries in. Both will soon be taking up residence in my Rush 24 emergency bag I'm in the process of making :)

tuned the V brake on my bicycle and bent a stainless steel insert from a windshield wiper blade into a new torsion wrench for my lockpick set, i lost the one it came with and it wasnt a very good one anyways. and then cut some innertube to make me a multi tool sheath for my belt.

Used the tooth pick from my Vic Tinker to hard reset my grandparents modem. My Grandad enjoyed the fact that I had a SAK a lot, it made me smile.

I thought I was the only one who did that! I use Victorinox pliers. They're just heavy duty tweezers.

This is me using my Surge plain edge on this coon:

This was a really bad idea. I don't like my Leathermans to be all messed up and filled with organic material like this. If I were surviving in the wild, and a Leatherman was all I had, well, fine. I'll skin whatever with it. I need to eat, right? The blade was fine. Well, I dulled the blade, and now I have to sharpen it. But I won't use a Leatherman for this ever again. I just got a Grohmann fixed blade in a passaround box. That is my new skinning knife. I intend to buy more Grohmanns, and some Mora knives. And I should get some Havalons too.

Get a Mora Companion. Best $14 you could ever spend on a knife

I want to buy from JSB if he has what I need, but he's out of stock with all the Mora knives that I would want. I like the black or black and green Companions, MG or not. You'll never see me with an orange knife.

I thought I was the same way with the colour of knifes but then I got the Light My Fire knife in red, unfortunately Canadian tire was the only store in Ottawa that had any in stock and only red. Beginning to really like the red.

Today I used my Surge to set up some tables for a conference

I used my ST300 to tighten the pocket clip on my MiniMag LED AAA light. Every time I tried to clip it to my pocket the clip would slide up the barrel. It was really irritating. Now it's tight, and I can clip it to my shirt pocket without the clip moving. Nice!:)

I went without a Mag lite for many years, because I carried a Streamlight. It's really nice to have my candle back. I won't use incandescents for any reason. I'm done with them.

I would have bought one of the brighter colors if the sheath was still black. I like the little splash of color on the handle but the entire sheath being a bright color as well killed it for me
