What can YOU fit into an Altoids tin???

Here is what I can fit:

    iTP EOS Flashlight
    Gerber Artifact
    Bic Mini Lighter
    Blistex
    Nail Clippers
    10X Doublet Magnifying Glass
    2ft of Duct Tape
    4 Band-aids
    Needle'n'Thread
    Toothpicks
    Rubberbands
    2yds Fishing line & Hook
    Tweezers
    Floss
    Paper clip
    Safety pin
    Twist-tie
    Zip-tie
    Moist Towelette/Alcohol swab
    Condom
    Tylenol/Breath mint/Iodine tablet/Cyanide pill

All this is a pretty tight fit, the box does not completely close, but enough to stay closed and not open unwarrented.... so for an actual EDC... I leave out some stuff

I also hate keyrings... so I got some 100lb Spectra fishing line and tied a loop (pseudokeyring) on everything I could... to allow me to delegate certain items to the keychain/lanyard as necessary

I have found that the Nite-Ize #1 s-carabiner is great for attaching my keys to the other items

"I have a headache from trying to figure out how to fit all this stuff into an Altoids tin. I better take my chewable Tylenol before it gets any worse...Hmm, interesting. Since when did they decide to make these bitter almond flavor?" *Clunk. Falls dead.*

    Just kidding! :) Nice kit.

I would think it is to be used only after an XK-Red-27 technique while debriefing KGB defectors in a safe house.

    HAH.

\/\/0\/\/!! Nice pack there, OP. Dunno if I can top that.

I, too, want to know what's up with the cyanide pill!! Did OP take the wrong pill?

Oh yea... 100 pound fishing line as psuedo-keyrings is awesome, BTW. Just awesome.

Makes my life so much easier. :)

OP must explain the Pill O' Death (maybe with pictures?)

I have to admit that that is rather, er, compact. I'd send it to MIT for study since it looks to be almost as dense as a neutron star, but that is just me.

Can you explain why you pack so much into such a little container instead of using something a little more, well, normal? That looks like it might make it hard to get into, not to mention the potential issue of it openning should the rubber bands break or slip off.

I just thought of something. Instead of rubber bands these might be in order. Note, they are releasable.

What if you confuse the tylenol with cyanide? I mean, by the time your mouth starts foaming you'll figure it out, but still.

Also, good thread. Mine I just threw together using my mom's cheap CVS items:

4 Aleeve, 2 Benadril, 4 Ibuprofen (all independently stored and labled labled ofc. But they are in bags cause I don't feel like paying for the convinent doses in the little packets)
    NeoSporin
    5 bandages
    Nu Gauze
    Cleansing wipe (for wounds)
Moist Towlette (Not sure why I have this in here :p)

Wouldn't help a ton in a serious accident, but I don't need anything to hold it together, it closes fine. I'll make a better one once I have a few bucks laying around :)
