Last episode of the last season of Downtown Abby, binge watching the entire series through last week. Forgot how good the show was...
If you got Netflix 4K and a 4K TV with Dolby Vision, watch “Our Planet”. The visuals are truly breathtaking. No, I mean, even if you are not into this kind of thing, watch it. Austria est imperare orbi universo
currently watching Pereval Dyatlova. It's a Russian tv series based on the Dyatlov Pass. Just finished Ep 1
I came across something unusual. On Amazon Prime, I'm watching a series called "Travels by Narrowboat" by Country House Gent. It's about a middle-aged Brit who, after experiencing prolonged health issues stemming from stress, decided to sell most of his possessions to buy a narrowboat. These boats are used to traverse the canals of England and he spends his time on the water. He also does street photography and that and the proceeds from his videos provide him just enough income to maintain this lifestyle. The videos aren't at all exciting, dealing with everyday life on the canals, but I feel myself relax while watching them and I have to admit that I'm slightly envious of the man and what he's been able to do. I'm just wondering what it will be like living on the canals during the winter.
