It's very low key and takes on UFO's from a different attitude...hope you enjoy it...!
Just finished a Madmen binge.....
Killing Eve series 2.
Halfway through a Legacies binge
from my S-A-M-S-U-N-G S9+ via T-A-P-A-T-A-L-K
Dr Pimple Popper tv show. I usually hate 'reality tv', but I'm a sucker for gross medical procedures. I also love The Toe Bro
Weeds from long ago. Cool to see actors that have made it semi big time in other things since then. And a world pre-smartphone.
Fleabag on Amazon.
Aerial America on Smithsonian
Getting caught up on this summer's THE TENT episodes from Joe and Zach Survival (now onto a new series he has started called THE FARMHOUSE)
On Dvd an indie SF film...very good....
Just finished the final episode of AMC's The Son.
Spent close to 3 hours last night watching a documentary about Woodstock on local PBS station. Not so much a focus on the music itself, but what the organizers went through to pull it off; what it was like for some being there; the role of the 'Hog Farm' commune (headed by 'Wavy Gravy') in terms of 'security', food, etc. It gave some of the background also that I hadn't been aware of in terms of how the festival ended up on Max Yazgur's farm!
I wasn't at Woodstock; I was only a HS freshman at the time and couldn't make it there. Always wished I had!
With the combined nexus of this being the 50th anniversary of Woodstock and PBS stations doing a seasonal fund raising, no doubt this will be (if not already) broadcast in many of y'all's areas! I enjoyed it.
Moshe ben David
CNN had one on Woodstock as well...Wife & I watched both. Paul McCartney was asked once about why the Beatles never got back together & his reply was "You can't reheat a souffle". I think that probably applied to the failed 50th anniversary version of Woodstock, as well.
Just finished S2.
Outrageous Fortune on Amazon. New Zealand's sort of crime family/Shameless series. Comedic and not too bloody.
Mindhunter to me is one of the best series on streaming---my favorite scene in the 2nd series was interviewing the survivor (who had been shot in the face) in their vehicle when he did not want them to see his face.....excellent...
Needed something like, Mulholland Falls today. fun flick.
I too enjoyed that scene. Dealing with victims of violent crime quite frequently I can say Fincher filmed that exchange perfectly in my opinion; it didn't even feel like acting.
