clutch - pure rock fury, and elephant riders albums....
CCR, who will stop the rain
Getting ready for work:
Gnarles Barkley -- Crazy -- St. Elsewhere album
Run to Cadence with the US Airborne Rangers.
Eminem - Amityville
Some rubbish 'metal' on the Scuzz channel on satellite television......really poo.............even though an Amon Amarth video was just on, it's poo in general.
The only metal I've ever like was this band called Crotchduster. You should check them out, they're pretty funny. Amazingly talented in a very twisted way.
Ke$ha - Your Love Is My Drug, but I'm not really feeling the recycled sound... There are sooooo many other pop singers (also true of rap, country, & etc) with the same junk that it's not even funny. Maybe I'm getting too old & tired too hear yet another song about whatever. I heard some of Eminem's new stuff, & the beat kinda sucked which made the lyrics unbearable.
Luke Kelly - "Raglan Road" He was one of the original members of The Dubliners. The song is from the poem by Patrick Kavanaugh and is about falling for a girl you know will break your heart. If any of you have seen the awesome movie "In Bruges" it's the song at the end after lots of people die. Here's the YouTube video.
Johnny Cash-The Essential Johnny Cash CD
A whole pile of artists on Channel 47 (Alt Nation) on my totally sweet, portable XM/mp3 player I got for my birthday. op:
Sabbath Bloody Sabbath - Black Sabbath
The Ink Spots - We Three (My Echo, My Shadow and Me)
Watching Mad TV - Feist 1234 Apple iPod Commercial parody on Youtube... It's funny because sadly it's pretty true.
The verve - The drugs don't work
Bob Marley -- Trench Town
Band of Horses
