Chili flavored hard boiled eggs, from the newly opened J Mart Asian Market in Peachtree City, GA. They taste like chili flavored jerky. Sent from my soon to be outdated cell phone using Tapatalk...
This is up to a third in the series? Goodness, I need to eat more. Dinner from a day or so ago. What? Just got this place wired for wireless! It was tasty stuff.

Hah! I only had room to prepare one taco at a time. Rest assured there were a good many tacos!! The day before was slabs of medium rare cow, of which I also have pictures. And, I finally found a liquor store of ill repute and good selection, so the drinking thread be warned. Smiley here, stuck on phone.
It's not the cooking, I mean the plate space. And I don't cook, am just a walking stomach. The tacos are built as you like, not prepared in a batch. Some finicky eaters, you see. Why, how do you prepare tacos?
Usually like this. Filling is pan fried in the shell. In this case, my "ghetto tacos", pork roast with potatoes and gravy. I make about a dozen and a half, keeping them warm in a low oven till all are done. It also dries them out a bit for extra crunch. These are topped with a romaine salad mix, shredded cheese and Parmesan.
I see, I see. In this case, I had requested soft shelled tacos. Just asked the resident chef (Grandma) and she said the only time she would pan-fry them with filling is when her kids were little. Was easier that way, as they were too small to make their own. Yours do look tasty, if a bit strange on the ingredients. Then again, one of my co-workers has mentioned her family is big on weenie tacos. I will have to ask her if they are pan-fried with filling when I get home. This is going to bug me until then. Taco poll?
Two smallish "houseburgers". Very thinly smooshed salted and peppered 70/30 ground chuck, sooked in their own pan fried onions, with a slice of good cheddar on a buttered grilled bun. MMmmm. But only two smallish ones Their yummy but their greasy
