    You had me up until the blood sausage, bacon and breakfast sausages... ;). I could do a version with a Kosher beef sausage or say Hebrew National hot dog... I think I've actually had a breakfast like your description sans the meats of course, last time I was in London!

    Black pudding - where tourists in Ireland shiver and I take all the servings from friends. But the “bacon” in Ireland, I pass. There I prefer the American version.

    When we eat it here at home we eat both. The kids are picky. I prefer the American version, but my wife is English. As for the black pudding, we love it.

    We, in Austria, have Blutwurst (called Blunz‘n). Slice it up and pan fry it from both sides to a crisp. On fresh rye bread with mustard and horse radish (Kren) is just great.
