Some delicious boneless skinless sardines packed in olive oil...right out of the can. A few drops of El Yucateco chile habanero sauce and a bite of saltines. YUM!!!! Delicious snack/lunch on a snowy, wet, day. edit...might also go for a couple meaty slices of aged Sopressata Salame (sweet fennel and chili pepper) as well. (cut with the SAK Pioneer ALOX, of course).
