My wife found a 'Baked Opo recipe' with bacon, bread crumbs and cheese. It is in the oven right now, starving!
well, she didn't like the way it turned out. Diced Opo, onion, topped with cheese and bacon. I do not have any Opo ready to harvest, this was in the freezer. Wife is not making this any more. ready for Filipino type Opo stew.

that photo at the top is the 'short fat type' and what I grow is the long slim type. My Father in Law grew up to 5 feet, along the California Coast. Up in the Pacific North West, it is a short growing season, best I get is 2 1/2 feet long. I do not think my Chinese friends have heard of it. We have been sending seeds all over now. thank you kabayan
I bought this new SASQUATCH frozen pizza variety from wallyworld to give it a try, and I actually like it better than DiGiorno's, although still not as good as delivery/carryout.
