I'm home alone (a rarity those of you with children can perhaps appreciate), so I only need to cook for myself today. So instead of actually cooking, I made my favorite no-cooking meal: This is kinda Finnish-Tex-Mex-whatever crossover kitchen. Start with "rieska" flatbread, fill it with kidney beans, cottage cheese (I suppose, we call it raejuusto, which literally translates as "hail cheese" because it looks like hailstones), some salad, bell pepper slices (or paprika, if you prefer), tomatoes and of some course powdered chili. Then wrap it up and eat it like a tortilla (or burrito or something, what's the difference?). I also have some delicious rye "nachoes" and sour cream & onion dipping sauce for them. Yummy!
well i do love ramen, carbs are bad for my blood sugars tho so ate that then did ton of yard work lol
Simple scrounged lunch at home, Nissin cup of noodles, chicken, with some cheese melted in it, and a cheese sandwiche..
