I'm home alone (a rarity those of you with children can perhaps appreciate), so I only need to cook for myself today. So instead of actually cooking, I made my favorite no-cooking meal:
This is kinda Finnish-Tex-Mex-whatever crossover kitchen. Start with "rieska" flatbread, fill it with kidney beans, cottage cheese (I suppose, we call it raejuusto, which literally translates as "hail cheese" because it looks like hailstones), some salad, bell pepper slices (or paprika, if you prefer), tomatoes and of some course powdered chili. Then wrap it up and eat it like a tortilla (or burrito or something, what's the difference?). I also have some delicious rye "nachoes" and sour cream & onion dipping sauce for them. Yummy!
omelet bacon and chibata
lastnights dinner, jamacan jerk chicken with bbq sause, tandoori rice and grilled peppers
Just had a whopper with cheese
I had some scrambled eggs and an apple for lunch. I'm still hungry.
Nothing. Is that bad?
Ooo haven't eaten lunch yet...this is making me so hungry.
I just had a really late breakfast. Bacon, eggs... regular stuff.
An avocado and Japanese fried rice. I need to go shopping...
ramen bowl for lunch
That looks like the lunch of a man that is saving for a new edc item
well i do love ramen, carbs are bad for my blood sugars tho so ate that then did ton of yard work lol
Simple scrounged lunch at home, Nissin cup of noodles, chicken, with some cheese melted in it, and a cheese sandwiche..
Blue Cheese Burgers with toasted buns...with chips
Grilled Fish Tacos with cilantro coleslaw and fresh, grilled, corn tortillas
Great grill-marks on that fish !
No more grilling today!
Grandma's cast iron pans to the rescue!!
