Speaking of Pizza & Sriracha, just made homemade pizzas on the grill. Whole wheat flatbread, tomato & basil sauce, sweet Italian sausage, pepperoni, Valdlaia sweet onion, mozzarella & topped off with Sriracha. Awesome!

Smoked an eye of round roast on the Big Green Egg for sandwiches on homemade rolls. Also made a large batch of chili and homemade cornbread for this week. Since I was using the smoker, I put the TV on the deck to watch some football. Go Stillers!

I don't either. But it still makes me happy. :p Does it even it out since I'm having a salad with homemade dressing??? :)

Oh. And I am not a dressing douser either. Lightly tossed is all I like. Sometimes with just lemon and salt.

I just tried the black bean burger at tgifridays in honor of tower. It was good. Would have been great if they hadn't been out of avocado :( since both my wife and I ordered something with avocado on it I wish they would have told us instead of just hoping we didn't notice :(

Oh I'm full, I made a quick easy two person meal for under $2 and under 5min,
Need a can of chili, a bag of Ramans soup, and if wanted, crackers and shredded cheese,
Crush up the Ramans soup put in a bowl, add water, dump the chili in a bowl, put both in the micro for 3min, take the chili out leave the soup in till finished.
Next up, drain the soup, don't add the spice, so you can use any of them, chicken, beef, shrimp, just save it. Add the noodles to the chili and mix, now I like mine a little spice so added chili powder, I also added cheese. After mixing, take shredded cheese (i like mexican blend) and sprinkle over the top as a nice layer and put it in the micro for 45 sec to melt the cheese, and enjoy, i also like saltines every once and a while. very cheap, and very heavy, I'm stuffed and I have a second serving for whenever! Grant it its not the best, but hey I'm not complaining, but the wife will later tonight, he he, JR
