This morning I had a Vietnamese ice coffee (I have one every morning). You need 3 items for Vietnamese ice coffee. 1. The Vietnamese coffee pot (I have 6). 2. The coffe (most restaurants use Cafe Du Monde). 3. The condensed milk (most restaurants use Longevity brand) Now place 2 tablespoons of the condensed milk in a coffee cup (or to taste). Put 2 tablespoons of the coffee in the coffee maker (or to taste). Place the coffee maker on top of the coffee cup. Adjust the screw on metal filter. Pour about a coffee maker and a third of hot water through the coffee maker (again to taste). The hot water will flow through the coffee maker into the cup with the condensed milk in it. Use the screw metal filter and lid to slow down the drip. Place the coffee maker on the lid after you have finished dripping the coffee. Stir the coffee with the condensed milk well (or the condensed milk will lump up when it hits the ice). Pour the coffee into a tall glass of crushed ice and stir.
Recovery shake with added creatine, arginine, glutamine and tribulus. I drink this shake every time just before hitting the gym. Probably wont help me much but at least it gives me some nutrients and placebo boost if something
