I finally got some pictures of the Maratac Pilot I acquired a few months ago. It's easily my favorite beating out my SRP043K on reliability alone. As pictured, it's got a Crown & Buckle Madison strap in brown. I like this strap so much I've bought another for the Seiko (if I ever get it to run again). With a hint of glow I do think I'm going to send it away to be re-lumed. It's a little too dim and doesn't glow for very long. I just want to find a similar Lume that has the same color. This watch needs the off-white dial colors, it helps with the antique look.
Rockin' it. Never owned a larger watch nor one with so much to look at before. It took some getting used to. Thanks, Tower!
hi you´ll not regret for this purchase I have mine since 3 years ago and is always 24h hour per day 36576 days per year in my wrist and is working like the very best day, only thing that I have changed is a new brazalet or band. I know is no tactical looking but for me is the last wacth I´m going to purchase in my life.....well perhaps no the last one ;-)
Wife bought me a Suunto Vector because I asked for one...And I am regretting it. Horrible user interface, temperature is never accurate unless you take off the watch, barometric pressure is not even close, and I havent left the elevation of my home yet the watch says I am 300 feet higher than my home setting. Maybe it will grow on me. Only plus is that it is easy to read the time.
