Thanks. Believe it or not I'll use the passive compass feature as a back up when I hike. Even though you can use any analog watch as a compass, it's nice to have all degrees especially if you need to use it in conjunction with a map. If you don't know how to do this, search for "how to use analog watch as a compass". Nice to have in your EDC bag of tricks.
TAWATEC today. Lots of wear. It was all black, now it's shiny on all the high spots. Crown tube broke and was replaced with the only one available and it was shiny. Tritium is nice in the dark. 12 position and hour hands are orange. Minute hand is green, hour markers are blue. Bezel piper and second hand piper are green.
Today Doxa military sharkhunter, all titanium including beads of rice bracelet. Tritium on markers and hands. Double tubes on minute hand.
