Would gladly take a 5 that would look better in this case. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using Tapatalk
Still wearing the Scurfa Diver One. Had it about a week and just can’t believe the value packed into this watch. Scurfa was started by a professional bell diver in the U.K. that wanted to make a functional watch for himself and the guys he worked with and it turned into a side business. This watch has the best lume I have ever seen on a watch. It is rated for 500m and has a helium escape valve (two features I will never need) and comes with the most comfortable natural rubber strap I have ever used. All of that for a little over $200 USD shipped from the U.K. is a bargain.
@weklund - How long have ya had this one? Gonna guess at least 7 yrs... Just 'cuz of the stylin' pic (imo) of the watch, and also because I liked the "cleanness" of the dial of the watch and there wasn't info with it, I used Elgoog to see if there were similar shots around with more details about it (sometimes, the search algorithm can find images with similar enough details to provide relevant hits). So, this is a Seiko Monster mod? Cool! ETA the url which isn't dependent on the thread page number for the post; didn't realize till now that the previous link was relative to the view used (which is different for a mobile device or desktop, since fewer posts per page are shown on a phone)...
Good eye ... I'm guessing at least 7 years or so. As I recall it started it's newly modded life as a reborn Gen 1 non-hacking Monster. Here is an example of one of my newer Gen 2 mods with day-date. These Monsters are lots of fun with seemingly endless mod variations.
