    One of the benefits to living in the SW part of Portland, OR is the abundance of parks and wooded areas with trails. So we took the boys out for a nature hike. And of course a wrist shot....

    That is a really nice wrist shot -- really shows the watch beautifully. Q: I assume due to the Indiglo this is a battery/quartz watch. Please correct me if I am wrong; plus do ya know if there is an automatic version?

    You are correct good sir. It’s a quartz movement. And no there is not an automatic version of this watch. Timex stopped making autos some time ago with the exception of the re-release of the auto Marlin. But hopefully they’ll get back into the game and come out with some updated watches that are automatics.
