I used the eminent search function on this page but weren't able to find a thread decicated to these nice knives out of Maniago, Italy. So let's see them both in pictures and in words. What is your opinion and experience with them?

Personally I discovered Viper Knives rather recently and started out with a "Dan" shortly followed by a "Dan2" and a "Timeless".

I REALLY like the Dan as and EDC-blade I might add. It's quite unique in that sense that it got a flipper that doesn't flip, a lock that doesn't lock and a blade under three inches. All to make it legal in as many places as possible. It's a one hand opener but you can't flip it and the "lock" is called "AS - action stopper" and is a development of the slipjoint theme. (maybe I should translate my review of this knife) The Dan is a slicing machine and the ergos are supreme. Ad excellent F&F and a really good clip and you got a winner i my eyes.

Viper Dan became an Instant favorite.

I think these are the cats that make the Giant Mouse knives for Vox/Anso.

Been wanting to pick one up.

Another shot of the "Timeless". In this version without bolster and with Olivewood scales. A really elegant gents knife that cuts really really well.

Well, it seems to be my own little thread! :)
Another shot at what quickly have become one of my all time favorites among EDC-knives. The Viper Dan.

No not really, it's more of a slipjoint. More exactly it's equipped with "Action Stopper" which is a double detent system. So basically it's a frontflipper that doesn't flip (half way stop) with a lock that doesn't lock. :) The idea behind that is to make a knife that is as non frightening as possible and legal in most places while being highly practical. So the Dan is opened with one hand!

Like the "Coffee and Knives"-thread this seem to be my own. I guess there ain't many Viper owners out there. :)

And this is how it opens, via a frontflipper. Almost, you can't actually flip it but it's easy to open onehanded. Handlematerial - burgundy micarta.

I recently bought a Viper Maga. A coworker let me borrow his, had to have one.
