I'm probably going to buy the Pioneer X because apart of the scissors being turned around the knife looks very good. I went to the store today to check it and the feel when holding it is great - it would be my first alox.

But at the multitool.org forum I found this (http://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,66451.0.html) thread regarding some problems with bent center pins. As I can't register there because of some weird registration error, I just wanted to ask here if anyone knows about any problems regarding the Pioneer X reliability. Or if it's just something to affect modder when modding this knife.

I love the pioneer x, but its a bit heavy. I wish it had a pocket clip. I carry my Manager, Executive, and Golfer (84mm Compact) more due to their lighter weight. My pioneer x is fine as far as quality control.
