Not exactly EDC but something I use every day. My tablet.
I had a Acer Iconia that I liked, but I also have a little girl who wanted to play with it...

She dropped it. Screen first on the floor.

So I god mad and drove directly to the local electronic store and bought the first thing I found.

I ended up with this Samsung Galaxy Tab3 7" It came with the casing or what you want to call it. Works okay for me for just surfling the web and listening to music on my way to work.

Same thing happened here last week. My youngest son decided to trow my iPad mini around.
It still works and makes a good dedicated tablet for the kids, and it was a good excuse to buy myself a new one.

    Thanks, Vesp....now I want a MOVE pen. ;)

The Valiant Concepts was almost perfect for me as a spare (always on me) pen, but I didn't like how few threads were left after you retract the pen. I was always afraid it'd work itself apart and I'd lose the bottom.

Allways nice with a good excuse to buy something new. ;) Been thinking about letting Oda play with my laptop to.. :p If she don't brake it, I will soon..
I hate it when something doesn't work as fast as I want.

    Your welcome. ;) :p
It's a nice little pen. And actually works pretty well even if it is quite small. I wouldn't sit down and write all day with it, but it has worked great as a backup when I just needed to write some quick notes on the go.
And it weights next to nothing, so it's easy to carry with you. I put a P7 suspension clip on mine after that last pic was taken, and it just rides in the corner of my pocket untill I need it. :)

Just like toast always falls on the butter side, a phone/tablet always falls on the glass side...

    Sounds about right. ;)
But with todays technology, I started the new tablet up, and after some updates I had all my apps and even the same pic of Oda as wallpaper.
    I didn't have to do a thing. :)
So all I lost was some money.. And everyone knows that we Norwegians litterary swims in that stuff.. Maybe not :p But I luckily had some spare cash for once.

The watch in itself looks awesome, but hell, when I see it on your wrist, it just feels like a giant plate. How do you get along with it on a daily carry?

Lol! I have tiny wrists. Even smaller now after I lost 30 lbs more. So it looks really big on me. It's a huge watch, No doubt about that, but after a while it feels quite normal and the size doesn't bother me.
And Yeah. I do it for the likes. It's all about the likes these days..

Great stuff as always. I love the Paul button lock. Is that Paul from AG Russell or is it one of the Gerbers (I think) that they made long ago? Such a classy and interesting piece.

I too have found the combo of the D-Fly and Alox is pair made in heaven. I joked in another thread that the pair is perfect and I don't need to buy any more knives unless they come out with an Alox Dragonfly with matching Cadets. Man if they did that, with a matching AAA light...

Anyway, great stuff brother, and great photography skills as well!

Oops, now I see the Paul is Bench made! Hmmm how many companies made that knife? That would be a cool thing to collect!

Todays EDC. With a little mail call from yesterday.
Got my Rush 24 just in time, since I'm on my way to work now.. :p
Sitting in the hotel room as I write this. Have an early flight tomorrow morning.
I was thinking about getting the Rush 12, but after some thinking I went with the 24. And I'm glad I did. It works perfect for my needs. :D

So here is my first bag loadout I think. Took some quick pics before I got out the door.

Here is the pack all filled up.

Got the EDCF patch on there right away. ;)

First up is one of the two top pockets. Got a pack of gum and some lip balm for easy access.

In the other pocket I have my SMS audio headphones, a set of old headphones as backup in the mesh pocket. Along with some code things I have to use to get access to my bank to pay bills.

Here is how the admin compartment looks.

My regular keychain on the right and a "toolchain" on the left.

    My Samsung tablet.

Move pen, Field Notes, 30lm AAA light with tailswitch and my alox Farmer. :)
Also have some important documents in the zippered compartment.

EDCF Buff in the sunglass pocket on top of the pack.

Over to the main compartment. First mesh pocket has safety gear. Safety glasses and ear protection.

Next one has a charger for my tablet and a G-Shock I use for work.

Bottom one that I didn't take a picture of, has the power cord for the laptop.

Really bad pic of the main compartment. Sweatpants, some socks and boxers, an extra shirt, my toiletry bag and Condor Summit jacket.

And my crappy old laptop in the water bladder pocket.

    All good to go. :p
