Here's one (LINK) on eBay that attached via ties.

    Here's another (LINK)

I think you'd have to sew your own hook material to something like this.

Yeah I've seen most of those, but wasn't looking for a seat cover. Looking for something with a velcro back but bigger than 6 inches wide. Didn't know if there's anything that at least 18 inches wide with velcro on the back and molle on the front.

Thease are my Smitty Built Gears covers on my Bronco. They cost me about $100 each on ebay but they are the best value for the money becuse they come with the pouches. Even though they are made in china the quality is decent. I sell Junk on ebay until my paypal account has enough money to buy stuff so it feels like it free :)

Patriot Performance Materials makes the Patriot MOLLE panel. US Made and attaches to the back of the seat.

This gives me lots of ideas. I have a great pattern for a back of the seat organizer panel. I'm already drawing out alterations in my head.

I'd just like a panel that has molle attachements on the one side and velcro on the back. No slip over seat back, just something sort of stiff to take some weight with some quality velcro.

You could always find someone who is handy with a sewing machine and DIY the velcro :)

What year 4Runner do you have? I've got a '91 and I've been looking to get MOLLE panels for mine as well.

I just installed the Smitty built back door molle set up in my 2011 Jeep Wrangler, Great set up! Took about a hour to install but came out very nice. I also added a molle sun visor from Zulutactical....get one you will love it.

Running them in my daily driver for 6 months or more and so far no signs of wear. I have even mixed and matched extra pouches, and used some of the smitty pouches on other gear. No issues
