I often carry a traditional of some kind as a small more :censored:friendly complement to a modern folder.

I've been using this one. It's completely stainless steel, very thin and it's also a memory of my grandfather. I'm looking for something new to replace it because I always have a feeling that I'm gonna lose it.

Are you looking for something the same size? Slip joint or locking? There are lots of questions but those two may yield you some suggestions.

Just a couple of my slip joints. I "collect" Case pocket knives and have quite a few. The Chestnut Bone CV Peanut in this picture has been in my pocket every day for the last 3.5 years. I also at the moment have a Chestnut bone CV Sod Buster Jr that is playing the "big" blade part of my EDC. I rotate between the sod buster jr, yellow CV mini trapper, and the yellow CV medium stockman in the picture below. I have pictures of the others and their beautiful natural patina that I'll find and post tomorrow.

Definitely something special about Case knives. You can feel the pride the company puts into the fit and finish despite the everyman pricepoint.
    Im partial to the Peanut....

I love the Peanut as well. Being a teacher, it handles 98% of my cutting.

Even though I've gone to carrying SAK's 99% of the times, my old Camillus made Remington peanut sneaks along for the ride now and then. Good old 1095 blades, it takes a wicked edge that is a pleasure to cut with. I've always been partial to the peanut size knife, as they do 99% of what I have to cut. Shown here with Vic classic for size reference. [IMG]
