I like the Dyneema as well. I have the PCB in the steel which is only 200d but seems to be plenty strong. I really can't wait to see some real world close up shots of the new 400D black dyneema!

Finally found a Synapse 25 at a price I could justify on the 2° market. Olive/steel combination and it looks great. Have a trip coming up this weekend to be able to test it out. Can't wait! I have a few small TB items and a Cache for my MBAir and the quality is as legendary on every item. Now to save up for things to hang from all those o-rings... lol

Either keep it as a rotating bag or put it up on the forum for another person to enjoy it as much as I have

Just ordered the new one ... Navy / Iberian .... Also ordered a travel tray and a medium mesh pouch I plan to transform into a basic FAK

Getting rid of all my maxpedition stuff ... Not that I don't like it, I just prefer Tom Bihn :)

I'm excited to try out the Rails system on the 19 with my iPad 3 ... Soon to be IPad Air possibly, and I like the loop for the light

I know I'm bringing up a dead topic. I was curious if anyone could report back on long term use of the Synapse 19. Anyone do any mods or anything? I have one on order which is supposed to arrive Tuesday.

Awesome. I've used a maxped sitka for my edc for about 2 years now. I wanted something less tactical looking. I'm gonna miss having the single strap, but am excited for a new bag! I can't wait!!

I've been using mine for over a year now, maybe year and a half. Mostly I've been quite happy with it.

I put small gate clips in the loops where the belt attaches. Then I put the loose ends of the shoulder straps through the clips, so they don't hang loose. Less straps hanging about = cleaner look. Not really even a mod, more of a slight tweak.
