I am excited to have them on board.
they make great stuff!
Cool. Wallets everywhere are starting to cry.
Yup, mine is crying right now...
what a wonderfull chance for them to offer a "50 percent off everything - free worldwide shipping included" - promotion for the next 48 hours for the members of EDCF....where do i have to sign?
You mean their stuff will be available via J.S. Burly's? If so, finally.... something that I can review that drives a piece of the sales your way. Awesome Jon!
I see a Synapse in my future.
I am going to have to click the link, I have never heard of them.
Sweet! Have been interested in a Brain Bag recently.
Simply loving how our Fearless Leader presents the next brimming pitcherful of The EDCF Kool-Aid.
Straight up, my hand to God. I have no idea.
Giving it so thought, seeing this is the bag sub forum, I would guess high end bags??
Yes. The Aeronaut, Tri-star, and Western Flyer are very popular among the one bag travel crowd because they are supposedly light, hold a lot for their size, and extremely durable. They also offer a wide range of accessories for their bags.
As far as the backpacks and other gear, I could see where they would appeal to the EDC Crowd, which is probably why Tom is interested in partnering with the forum. Based on what I've read, the Synapse looks like it has excellent organization for a smaller day pack (I think Moosh picked one of these up a short time ago). The Smart Alec is a little larger and a very clean, minimalistic design. The ID and Ego have much potential as mid-sized messenger bags. Those are the ones that have caught my eye.
Of course, I haven't personally EDC'ed any of them yet so I can't endorse them at this point but there are many reviews on the net - particularly of the three travel bags I mentioned.
Oh, and I believe everything is made in the U.S.A.
Welcome TB from Seattle!
They make awesome products and I am having my eye over Aeronaut with all the packing cubes. Perhaps a Raffle is in order?
Great news! I have an eye on their organizer pouches for quite some time.
If I didn't have to carry a suit with me when I travel I would totally one-bag it on all my trips in an Aeronaut, but the suit is the deal-breaker.
Get a new job. I can't remember the last time I wore dress pants... never mind a suit.
This rural boy used to wear a suit.
