I have one incoming to use in a similar way that is suppose to be delivered today. Now I’m even more excited.
Amazon "Zwilling Superfection Classic Household Scissors, Silver/Black" should arrive in late May. Not Prime eligible
German scissors so Amazon may get them through their German affiliate? I bought mine through a local Norwegian design store that had a sale. from my S-A-M-S-U-N-G S9+ via T-A-P-A-T-A-L-K
From what I can see on AZ, the scissors are sold and shipped by ECBase, which is based in Hiroshima Japan
Every time I think I have finally selected my little screwdriver or ratchet, I find something else. This one fits into the leather-man bit holder. Available on the big south american river site. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Adding to my little tools one at a time L to R. 3d printed tube to carry a container of lubricant and not worry about leaks. Modified mini screwdriver from .99cent store now stores 1/4” hex bits, titanium 1/4” bit screwdriver, country com, and last my mini awl ice pick, made from modified harbor freight pick tool. Always wanted a small driver for detail work. Sat down at the lathe and turned one out of left over titanium and added a magnetic bit holder. Printed the knurling from PLA. Time will tell. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
I forgot about this thread for a while.. Now, three pages of catching up later, a lot of non inexpensive ideas are popping up in my head. The tiny tools are the bread and butter of my EDC. For my line of work I rarely need full size tools, so access to a suitable tool when I need it is typically much more useful. The crux of the matter seems to be needle nose combination pliers. There doesn't seem to be a lot of dedicated needle nose pliers that focus on being light and compact (foldable). The MT's are really where it's at, but those are often bigger or smaller than they ideally should be, or comes with a tool selection that's not very suitable for the application, adding unnecessary bulk and weight. Like I wrote in the Where are the compact multitools? thread, I really hope to see more options in the LM Juice / SOG Powerpint size range some day ..soon
