I contacted Ruffwear about a week ago and the woman who replied to my email said that they don't have enough to sell. She explained that they keep some in stock in the event an item needs to be repaired under warranty but not enough to sell otherwise. I replied and asked if she knew when there might be enough in stock to sell to the public and she replied "Unfortunately we are no longer offering the carabiners for sale. I am sorry for any inconvenience! I recommend carabiners from companies like Petzl, Metolius and Black Diamond."

    :(

Too bad, they seem like a better alternative to the cheap carabiners most people use for keychains

You should take measurements and add those to your search terms via google.

Post back with any findings... I'm interested in this as well.

It doesn't lock, but the spring is massively strong, I carry my keys on a Wichard stainless clip from a marine chandlers, it's about an inch long, and I've never had it open accidentally.

I found these, not exactly the same but the others were not rated for climbing either.
