Yep! My 15" MBP with Incase neoprene sleeve fits snugly into mine. Let me know if you want a picture.

I would LOVE a picture. Thank you! I was going to be very reluctant without assurance that my laptop could fit, so thanks again.

Pics are not the greatest because I took them quickly before school but here you go. I didn't include the Incase sleeve because I wanted you to see how the MPB fit alone inside it. I took my PFII with my Mac (+ sleeve) as my carry-on on a cross country flight and it worked great. With the sleeve it is even more snug.

    Howdy Yek4,

What is that black material on the inside of your PFII. My PF11 doesn't seem to have that. Is your's a newer version?

BTW, I carry a Lenovo T61p 15.4" laptop with sleeve in my PFII which is my EDC bag and it works fine. That laptop is heavy so it is better in a backpack with two comfy straps than in a shoulder/messenger style bag or briefcase.

I think you are referring to the black mesh sleeve sewn into the bag..... I'm not sure how new it is, I got it from LAPG last November.

OK. Thanks! I bought mine two years ago this month so maybe they made a minor improvement. Looks good!

I couldn't say enough good things about this bag. You'll be happy about it.

I've got to ask - the pictures sure look like a regular Falcon II pack, and not a Pygmy Falcon II.

Correct. That is NOT a pygmy falcon but a Falcon II.

I wouldn't carry my notebook in a pack with such a snug fit. If you bounce with side or the bottom of the pack against something hard, the notebook will receive the complete energy of the blow.
I recommend You to buy a pack with an integrated sleve, where the sleeve is surrounded by air at all sides.

The conclusion to this thread is the PF II has a main compartment with these dimensions :
    18"(H) x 9.5"(W) x 5.5"(D) (Main Compartment) so the MB will not fit .
I also have a 15" laptop and a PF II on the way .. It's time to come up with an alternative to carry it, perhaps a shoulder bag in addition to the pack or in my case I'm converting an Oakley laptop bag into a pannier for my bicycle .. good luck with your search for the better bag ,)

    BE WELL .. GH

this is what i suggest for those who want to carry their laptops with max security and utility: Outdoor Products Power Laptop Pack

i have traveled with one for years (as a management consultant); the newest version looks even better...it has served as my portable office...the best laptop backpack ever...
