Some lanyard/keychain accessories arrived today. The imported survival whistle/capsules are a bit too narrow to fit regular 325mg aspirin inside the container end, but I was able to easily get eight 81mg sized aspirin in them or four Benadryl type caplets, either nice to keep handy since I use them often. I've used the Nite Ize MicroLock metal S-Biners before but these are the first polycarbonate versions I've bought(directly from Nite Ize since I haven't seen them available anywhere else yet), and the SlideLock carabiners are new to me too.
Yesterday I got in this Craft & Lore Port wallet and a great handkerchief from Scott Hanks. The wallet is what I hope to be endgame in my search for a minimalist, front-pocket wallet to replace the Saddleback ID wallet I had which came apart. I loved the SB one, but last 100 years it did not, and I wanted something truly made in the USA. They stood behind it, and deserve credit for that, but it just isn't what I want in my pocket now. It gave several years of good service, and I got my money's worth. The Craft & Lore is Horween Chromexcel and I am as pleased as can be at first blush. Sure feels like it will be with me a while, and judging by the heavy duty stitching, I don't see why it wouldn't be. It meets my specs (slim and pretty, w/ easily accesible cash/debit/ID cards) and smells so good I want to eat it.
Came in today it's a little late do do any protecting since I ordered it after I scratched my Fenix 3 on concrete
New Multitool from PicaroonTools named "Ghost Of The Cap'n". Made in Bulgaria ... Knuck, screwdriver, hex tools, lanyard hole and bottle opener. I really like it.

CRKT M6-01z & N.E.C.K knife have been shipped. Poor wife is sent daily to the mailbox until it arrives
Had ordered a locking steel carabiner(24kN rated) to add some paracord knot work to, and didn't realize how heavy the bugger was, almost 6 oz. It would probably drag the ignition right out of a steering column in short order if attached to a keychain, lol. Also bought a Victorinox Belt Hanger to try out, after seeing a couple of recent youtube videos demonstrating some other uses.
Hey all, an Enzo necker, or better said two, one in white micarta for my beloved wife, and a black micarta for me. Greets, Chris p.S. Photo is from the bay, just the offer I bought. If it is not conform to the forum rules, please let me know, and delete!
Helikon-Tex Urban Tactical Belt and Urban Tactical Shorts. I like the Belt. Works very good, very solid. The urban tactical shorts are ... just shorts. Not bad, but I´m not impressed. I will keep them but they are not as good as the 5.11 Tactical Stryke Pants. But this comparison is not fair, because the 5.11 Tactical Stryke Pants are douple price. Still waiting for the 5.11 Taclite shorts in mid-price range.
