    Placed anorder for a DD, battery carrier, and extra batteries yesterday. I really didnt need another flashlight, and was perfectly content with my Photon, but the bad influence of this forum.....

    Well, even the gold plated Klarus breaks me out, when I sweat, when its on my necklace, so back the Quantum. I like the 1xAAAA on my necklace and the Quantum on my keys.
    Now I guess I need another Quantum:rolleyes_revamped:

    The battery case has been relegated to bag carry since I rarely need it:D

    I gotta tell ya' since I've switched back to the Quantum as my backup I really am more happy with it than the Klarus. I only wish it was more chrome finished like my pendant, or gold even. It would match better. The Quantum makes my pendant look like it doesn't belong on that chain:rolleyes:

    I dunno...the gold plated Klarus Mini Midas started to break me out when I started sweating. The Stainless Steel doesn't so that:)

    Quantum D2 on a ball chain necklace: o-rings for twisting grip, and another to keep the ball chain connector in a predictable spot as well as preventing the light from sliding along the chain when merely tilting your body left or right.

    EDIT:
    I measured the o-ring sizes: 7/16" x 5/16" x 1/16" for the larger ones, and 5/16" x 3/16" x 1/16" for the smaller one.

    I already had o-rings. I can't afford the trits, currently. :(

    But I did just order some GITD o-rings to use instead of black with the last two bucks I had left in my PayPal account. :)

    I'll get trits someday. There's just too many other things that hold priority :frantic:
