So, what color ruler does everybody hope for if they get a preference? I think gold is going to be the popular color. Thats what I want :-X

I have to say that yeah, the gold is rockin' however, I like the plain too. Tough decision.

I would like a blue or plain. The Blue has silver markings and I think would be easier to see/use

I prefer plain finish titanium. I think on the ruler it will be easier to read. I also like Peter's tropical anodizing. He's got serious skills!

I agree with the plain titanium finish. Don't have to worry about very visible scratches and it's a pretty cool color anyways!
Good luck with the fishing uni2

I'm gonna keep it in my lab notebook. A good bookmark and useful for setting up equipment.

I think I'll have my Grandma make me a pouch about the same size to protect it, and carry it next to my phone.

I have no sewing skills at all!

Eventually I will look into having some pocket slip cases sewn but I keep putting it off. I have a reasonable company lined up for it though that could do them out of cordura or leather. I'd like to have at least one size for my small tools such as Prybabies and maybe another one with a smaller pocket for the ruler. Similar to the Chris Reeve slipcases I'm thinking...

Right now I'm carrying my rulers in a black Retro 51 Tornado pocket notebook. I have two of them stuck in one of the card pockets. Best pocket notebook I have found btw. Stuff one of the new Moleskine Mini notebooks in there and you've got a super sweet combo going. $35 from Fahrneys.

Cordura would be a great accent for Ti pieces, and leather for steel. Atleast I think so. Sounds just about right to me.

Anybody thinking of putting the Ti rulers in a Tac-Strap?? :winkwink:
Not sure if the standard size would allow it, but I'm looking forward to testing it out. :-X ;D

I was able to check out a gold Ti ruler on Sunday. One word - nice!

I wondered the same thing. That'd be a cool little bit of Atwood synergy.

I'm looking for something a little sleeker, maybe just a simple cloth pouch.

I'll post pictures when I receive my new toys.

The ruler will be by far the best Atwood I own. I thought getting the SOPThing was nice, but this, this will be the best!
