hah! I did think about the direction of the twists, but the knurls on my glow whistle twist the other way. So I think I'm covered. The big problem, however, is that I believe the whistles with semi-precious stones come in both SS and brass. I think I'll be happy with either, but . . . :brickwall:

Got a couple new ones in the mail today for future trade fodder. Keychain XL and Talonite MSOPT. Now I don't claim to be any sort of photographer, I don't use a light box or anything. But with how shinny these talonite peices are I am even more impressed with the skills of some of our members (and Peter).

Your depravity hasn't sunk to the lowest level as of yet.

In reality, I was just pointing out something I hadn't noticed before - Like I said probably the last person in the world to notice.

Can someone help me out please, what exactly is talonite? Is it just a special stel alloy? Is it awesome for tool making? Why does Peter not seem to use it much anymore?

Anything Talonite is cool! Man I got the Atwood itch (yah, same story :idiot2:) a while back, and was somehow able to squelch it! Its back now and here to stay I think. Its a bad thing I still get tax refunds! Better enjoy them while I still get em huh? :help:

I had a longish meeting today and wanted to take the Keyton with me. I usually find myself with time to take care of my cuticles and massage under my short nails. I threw one of my lanyards on so I didn't loose it. The background is a book I'm currently reading, Watchmen.

My only current Atwood, and I'm enamored with it. Its had a rough history (through no fault of mine or the previous owner). Its already been used on about 50 staples on a chair, and stripped some coax cable for me. I'm sure there are minty ones out there, but I'm happy with this Booger all the same.

Matt, if you're only going to have one Atwood, you made a fine choice! :highfive:
