So to start, this is my very basic edc, this is what I always carry with me and I add other stuff on top of it for the day ahead. So just my wallet, home made key ring and phone (I think I'm the only one with a lighter as a phone accessory ) On my keyring is a olight i3s eos and a Leatherman style cs, I had a victorinox USB on there but one of the loops snapped of and I haven't been bothered to make another one. Now my edc bag, I use a maxped neatfreak, I was originally going to keep it light, but i just keep adding things to it. Replaced the zipper pulls with glow in the dark paracord, works beautifully in the dark , but yeah what's inside. Not much compared to others, but i like to keep it basic and small, but i need to buy more wipes and hand sanitiser. So there is: Deodorant Ear plugs (they are in the eye cream bottle) Tape measure Zip ties Mouse (its for work, I usually take it out) AAA batteries Tape Field notes book Tissues Leatherman skeletool with bit kit Victorinox usb Victorinox nail clipper Leatherman Watch P38 (I think, can't remember) can opener Leatherman micra Bull dog clips Olight o'pen Shapie Boker .45 cal pen I'm not a person, I'm a mass of incredibly well organised birds
I like to also keep my neatfreak fairly empty so I can fit in my tablet cover (the ipad mini cover from Tactical Notebook Covers) Which has my nexus 7, kindle paperwhite, power bank, screen cleaner, cheap ear phones (planning on upgrade soon), maxmadco tti pen and stylus. I also had a field notes book in there, but i need to restock I'm not a person, I'm a mass of incredibly well organised birds
Do birds have pockets? I need some Glow-in-the-Dark paracord! How well does it 'hold a charge,' for lack of better wording...? Great start! KISS - Keep it super simple. Those are the best setups!

So now to sort out this mess I'm down to about 50% of my usual inventory. With freeze dried (got more coming in the mail) Nut bars (to boxes thanks to Costco) Cans (seriously low) Noodles (I go through these slowly, and they are still good for another year) Then juice which is out of date by about a month and condiments. Planning on stocking up petty hardcore (for the house), so we'll be good for at least a week if power goes out. If anyone has any other suggestions of long life food I would love to hear it I'm not a person, I'm a mass of incredibly well organised birds
