I've got over the knife nut obsession, so I don't carry or even own any pocket knife but a SAk.

An executive has been my steady EDC pocket knife since the 18th of July of 2018. It just does what I need of a pocket knife for my mostly suburban life style. I have a Wenger SI for heavier use in the cars glove box, and a Buck 102 woodsman for hiking/camping/fishing duty.

Thats it. I feel soooooo friging liberated.

I've sold off/given away my other knives. Just didn't need them anymore.

The blade itself? This is the spare blade that came with it. It's a number 11 type blade for number 3 type holders. It has 6cr13 stamped on it so that may be the steel. After that is gone I'll use my usual carbon steel Heinz Herenz Hamburg blades. The handle itself is of an unknown Chinese origin. The ebay seller 'edcworld' did not list a manufacturer.[IMG]

Thanks. I was interested in just the handle. I travel frequently and carry a box cutter blade or an arts & craft blade. So far I have not lost a knife to TSA.

I backed the top one on Kickstarter. The one handed flick opening has come in handy more than once. I have one very similar to the bottom in black.

Wow, those are small! Without the Eneloop battery for scale, I'd wager blades were 3". What brands/models are these?

    Top to bottom.

Bestech Goblin blade = 2 inches, carbon fiber S35vn frame lock flipper
Kershaw Launch 10 California legal auto blade = 1.9 inches, CPM 154 aluminum auto.
Serge Pachenko production Bean cleaver blade = 2.125, M390 slip joint flipper

These make great fifth pocket carry blades

Grabbed this one today. Haven't carried it in awhile, forgot how nicely the Moonglow scales glowed.[IMG]
