Sorry those are copper extreme duty, not investigators. Still waiting on investigators. I have added the Hinderer Pens. http://www.jsburlys.com/index.php?app=ecom&ns=catshow&ref=hinderer
I got bored, so.... Pics don't do it justice... It looks like gold. It now has 12 o-rings on it. | Sent from my iPhone 4S |
You can get the #47 black at home depot/menards/Lowes in the plumbing section. I believe I snagged gitd from lighthound.com Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2
Do you know which size you ordered for the GITD from www.lighthound.com? The #47 isn't listed. Thanks!
I believe I went with the quarter inch variety. Better to go smaller than bigger, though you can probably find a hundred things that you can dress up with gitd o rings. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2
Wow... these hinderer pen are so cool especially the copper version looks great... "Hmm now - thinking, calculating, researching..."
Just don't go too small from LightHound, their smallest size is a very thin band. I got a bunch of each size when I ordered mine, the 3/16ths is about half or thinner than the 1/4".
Love mine! Nice and small, but large enough to write with legibly (or in my case semi-legibly). Waiting for patina......
Bought mine via BST with the flat end. If anyone has the bullet end laying around and wants to part with it for a few bucks, shoot me a PM. I emailed hinderer, but never heard back from them. Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk 2
just got a titanium bronze extreme. I thought Ti would be light but the pen feels heavy (no problem with that, just surprised). Question: I paid the premium for the Ti, BUT how can I be sure that it is Ti (vs aluminum)? from what i've seen in pics, the Ti bronze looks just like the alum bronze, right? Just getting paranoid!
Titanium should be more dense than Al, so if you weighed yours and compared the weight to an aluminum bronze version, then I figure yours should be heavier... Just my $.02, which won't even get ya an ounce of unleaded gasoline...
