Back a couple of posts Nkelly posted a link to a site that has some. There is Peter's site. http://atwoodknives.blogspot.com/ not the easiest to get them direct, but if you subscribe to this thread and get email notifications you can get lucky ( people post when sales are happening), I have twice. There is also Atwood Toolbook on Facebook. Or BST on here where they get posted on occasion. Finally if you REALLY want one and you don't mind premium prices there ebay.

    Good luck on your hunt.

That's the ppt price [IMG] if I didn't have one I'd snatch it up.

I didn't the crypto when I first saw it. But now it lives in my pocket.

They are a little to pricy for me, $100 dollars for a keychain is kinda expensive.

It depends on the perspective. It's expensive for a simple keychain tool. It's a good price for something that is a great tool, keychain jewelry AND a collectible at the same time. You can also get a very decent watch for 10 bucks but most people still pay more because they want something more special. Atwoods are the status symbol of the EDC community: no one needs them but most people want them! ;)

Just wait. Stay here longer and you'll be like "$100 for an Atwood. That's cheap!! "

I remember when I couldn't get $50 bucks for my Micro Bug Out Bar 7 years ago. Man, I wish I still had it.

For what it's worth, being new to this scene, I'd like to add that the more you look at similar offerings, the more you begin to realize that Atwood really stands out. Some of his tools have reasonable cheaper facsimiles, but for someone like me who is in search of the perfect tool (which personally incorporates a blade), I'm coming to realize that the design, quality and function offered by Atwood really are at the top of their class. I don't own one myself, but I would be willing to bet that the superior materials that go into these tools add quite a bit in terms of durability, also.

Realistically, if you simply evaluate these tools on a pure utility basis, the value/cost ratio is ridiculous. However, Atwoods have to be seen for what they really are: rare, collectible, beautifully designed works of art. Seen in that light, I totally see the value. In terms of a practical, useful tool, any cheap bottle opener or mini screwdriver or prybar is better value. But I wouldn't proudly put one of those on my keychain like I do a Ghost or Prybaby.

I don't think so... just did a little photoshopping for the sake of aesthetics. This is just S30V with stonewashed finish.
