With all due respect, that will NEVER work. We've taken licenses away from people and have made it more difficult for repeat offenders to get affordable insurance .............. and what do they do. Drive without a license and without insurance. I've seen it done countless times and in fact have had a person hit my car who didn't have insurance and a suspended license. What did that do for me. Have to make me pay for my own deductible, because the other person did not have insurance. Maybe a bit harsh, but enough is enough. And it's just not 1 demographic ............. it's everyone from as young as an 18 year old up to seniors. Yes, I've seen seniors talk and text while driving. I've always been an alert driver and so I'm very aware of what is around my "circle" when I drive. I've had to be in order to avoid being hit. I've even toyed with the idea of having a cell phone jammer installed in my car so that other in my "circles" area have there cell signal drop. But than I would get charged for interfering with a life safety issue!! Oh, the laws!!!!!!!
