I’ve always wanted an Omega SMP so I bought this one last month.

I will say that I bought this Oris Aquis and this watch is amazing. Great performance, built like a tank and a GREAT bracelet....

Ultimate grail watch is a Rolex 6538.. But I don't have 150k lol. So I'm on the list for a Tudor Black Bay 58. In time!

I'd still like to get another Concord to replace mine that died. Just don't have 'surplus excess' funds... and none on the horizon!

    L'chaim!

There are two, for different situations.

The first doesn't exist, unfortunately. I'd like a Seiko 6105 Reissue (SLA003), with a 9S55 movement modified with an added a day complication. I've always liked the 6105 and bought an NH35-based clone (Heimdallr Sharkey), but I prefer day-date as opposed to date-only. This would be a daily wear watch, and arguably would be my "only" watch if it came down to it.

The other, a pipe dream that I could never justify spending the money on, would be a Patek Philippe Calatrava (5196G-001). I adore sub-second dials at 6-o'clock and dauphine hands. This would be my 'dress watch.'

The only thing that could make that watch better to me would be blue hands and gold indices. The closet I've ever seen to that is the Nomos Orion 301, but it uses baton hands instead of dauphine.

I'd still take an Orion if I could get one though; beautiful watch.

I owned this one too, sold it a few years back for a 1/3 of what it’s worth today.

Bought this in the early 80s for $780.
I think it has appreciated quite a bit.

Tudor Submariner, only watch for me. 24/7/365 built like a tank and just plain runs on time.[IMG] [IMG]

Well, I bought the watch I always wanted, a used Omega Speedmaster still under warranty thinking of it as being an everyday wearer, the first small mark on it made me lock it in my pistol safe and only wear it on special occasions.
I sold it after one year, just don't make the money that lets me forget that it's an expensive watch. I didn't learn from that because eight years later I bought a used mint Seamaster and exactly the same thing happened!
I now have a Hamilton Khaki H000092 41mm, a Seiko SNN239P1 chronograph and a Suunto X-Lander Military............ happy for the moment.

Hamilton Khaki Automatic. Just seems that every time I have the funds, I end up needing something else. Maybe one day.
