Let me make a statement before we get into the product info. Similar to the Pixel release, I want to make sure Jon gets credit for allowing us/me (TEC Accessories) to utilize this forum for business purposes. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

The PicoPen Ti is the ultimate in attachable fine writing instruments! Similar to our standard PicoPen, however the PicoPen Ti includes a feature list that will make this your pen of choice for everyday carry:

• Titanium construction
• Unique magnetic cap closure provides one-handed operation, simply pull the pen from the cap to deploy
• Subtle grooves machined into the body assist with pull-to-deploy, even with wet hands
• Larger and stronger neodymium rare-Earth magnets provide ultimate cap attachment security
• Increased body diameter and length for more comfortable extended writing times
• Uses a standard Zebra F-refill for improved ink capacity and super smooth writing

SPECIFICATIONS:

The PicoPen Ti offers an unbelievable list of features for a titanium pen in it's price range:

• Overall Length (including cap): 107mm [4.21"] long. Pen body ONLY is 7.0mm [0.276"] in diameter and 93mm [3.66"] long (plus refill tip)
• Weight (complete assembly): 0.55 ounces [15.6 grams]
• Weight (pen with refill only): 0.40 ounces [11.5 grams]
• Material: Cap, body and rear plug are machined from 6Al-4V titanium. Front pen retainer is machined from stainless steel for magnet attachment
• Finish: Tumbled to a uniform semi-stonewashed finish
• Ink refill is a standard Zebra F-Refill (also available on our web site)
• The cap contains a neodymium rare earth magnet that holds the pen in place. To remove the pen, simply pull it from the cap
• The front and rear pen body end plugs are designed with integrated O-rings for secure retention, preventing accidental unscrewing
• Ink refill replacement is simple, unscrew the rear plug and remove/replace the refill
• What you get:
  • PicoPen Ti with pre-installed black medium point (1.0mm) ink refill
  • 12mm diameter split ring
  • Reusable storage tube

REFILL REPLACEMENT:

The PicoPen Ti uses a standard Zebra F-Refill, which are commonly available on many web sites and in local stores. We carry the two most popular versions on our web site available for purchase (blue or black ink, medium point).
Replacing the refill is a very simple process:

1. Unscrew the rear tube plug
2. Remove the old refill (with the spring)
3. Install the new refill (with the spring)
4. Thread the rear plug back into the tube

The main tube body is precision machined to very close tolerances to maintain a minimum wall thickness for strength and durability. Tolerance variations with the refill may cause a tight fit with the pen tube, and as a result it may be difficult to remove the refill. If this is the case, simply push it out from the front using the new refill during the change-out process.
Also note that this type of refill typically comes with a wax ball at the end of the tip. This is to prevent leakage during transit and must be removed prior to use.
