    I'm going to speculate here. It's a rimfire scope that came with rings. They are probably for the standard rimfire 3/8" dovetail scope mount. The problem you're going to have is this is a 3/4" tube instead of the standard 1" tube found on most American brand scopes. You can get 1" rings for a picatinny rail all day long, but I've never seen 3/4" rings for a picatinny rail.
