Aw, I missed out, FACE got planted! So many edits! I'm about to make a BST post. I've give it another week.
Tracking number:9114 9011 5981 8389 6619 85. Sorry to everyone inconvenienced by my delays. I'll be bowing out of anything like this until my life calms down. Sorry again everyone
I always knew you'd pull through! --- Well... The good news is I mailed the package. The bad news is Plexa's Fail Number 2 for 2015! Roll the music! *music* I put the receipt with the tracking number with a bunch of other receipts...and I...um...might have thrown it away... I'll keep looking for it and I'll update ASAP.
Also, you can order more boxes and have them delivered for free. When the box gets too beat up, you can already have one ready to replace it.
I personally like to drop them off, but I live in a small town, 6 blocks from the post office so that makes it easier for me. I realize that this doesn't work for everyone though. The other reason I like to drop it of is I like to take a photograph of the package after its checked into their system for proof of condition of the package. I've never had to use said photographs, but I like to have them all the same. The photos also help the buyer to know what the condition of the package was like when it was in the hands of USPS. Visual proof is hard to discount.
I print the labels and order boxes at home, but drop off in the post office. That way I can tape it up over the label as well. It seems the flat-rate boxes are getting thinner than they used to be. I've noticed more of them falling apart due to the weight so a few extra layers of packing tape is very much worth
One other nice thing about being in the middle of the US is that priority mail and first class mail take approximately the same time to destination. This lets me (and my BST buyers) enjoy a little savings on postage.
I'm happy to see box b come back to life. I had (and everyone else probably) pretty well given up hope for it.
Can Midnight let me know as soon as you get the package? I'm a guilty and worried man And I might start mailing from home from now on...
Plexabit, you can start when you mail box b to me next Do you need my address again or do you still have the pm I sent?
Just got box a today I'll post my pickings tonight and hopefully have it out by tomorrow. It was super packed with good stuff, so I might have to shoehorn some things in lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I have box A, I asked blitz to take me of the list as I need a break for a bit. Box A is going to cougar next. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
So savagejak.mailed the box to plex? But Alex mailed the box on the same day that savage said he sent it? Edit. I think I got it....I forgot pled was next in both boxes. I'm getting confused with the whole tracking number issue since plex keeps mentioning the boyscout22 and I don't see him after plex on either box
Sorry for the confusion. I tagged the wrong person. BoyScout sent me Box A. SavageJak sent me Box B. Box A went to Midnight, and Box B goes to Sachmo. I just received Box B today and I'll also be going through it tonight. I ordered some flat rate boxes so it looks like I'll be mailing from home--thanks for the tip!
Here's my take, really needed the locks as both my brother and I are new gun owners. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I put in the two knives at the bottom. Hope you like them! The right one is (as far as I know) 1095 steel and the handle is carbon fiber with a G10 spacer. I got it from the passaround box over a year ago. It's pretty nifty! Here's my take from the other box. I'll get it mailed out today or tomorrow. -A MOOSHBOT COIN YESSS -A big roll of leather. It's got some holes in it but I don't have any idea what its application was. -An audio cable extension. I'm hoping it reduces hiss in my laptop connector...don't have high hopes though XD -A(nother) fountain pen XD I was going to leave it for someone else but the note says it doesn't really work...I like fixing things so I'm going to see what I can do.
