Hi everyone, I'm a softgoods Industrial Designer, a writer and gear tester for Carryology.com, and a lover of all things gear. Just thought I'd share my several month review of the Triple Aught Design FAST Pack Litespeed for you to take a look at. http://www.carryology.com/2011/11/30/road-test-tad-fast-pack-litespeed-backpack/ Take care and Carry on.
Great review. I've had the Fast Pack EDC sitting in the shopping cart all day long, just can't quite push myself to hit "Purchase". I'm torn between it and the Mystery Ranch Sweetpea. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Excellent review, the litespeed has also become my fav pack for everything.....mostly hiking hope you dont mind if I post a pic or two.
The Litespeed became my fav pack as well. I'm getting rid of most of my others because I like it so much. I'm getting rid of my EDC as well because I just didn't like it nearly as well as the Litespeed. It's being replaced by an X-ray though for when I need more bag. And I've finally located a Litespeed in black so I'm happy!
@TaylorID I noticed the straps at the top of your pack are loose, if you take the elastic's off the litespeeds belt and put them on the shoulder straps it helps tame them down, you can see it in my last pic. Works great.
Thanks for the replies, guys. Great suggestion too, Flexx. Just did it. I prefer all the straps to be nice and neat, which TAD did a pretty good job of via velcro and elastic. Love this new little detail, thanks.
