Get a Super Tinker/Climber and be done with it. In my opinion it is the best EDC tool set of the entire Victorinox lineup and I use it as a base for when I choose (or buy) a different one.

If I need a saw I go with the Huntsman/Fieldmaster, if I need a magnifier glass and an inline Philips driver I reach for the Explorer. If I want something small I go for the Compact.
The Cadet and the Super Tinker are my most carried SAKs though (the latter with aftermarket scales).

Depends on your own needs... Do you need a corkscrew or a philips screwdriver

Id vote Climber and add the Plus scales. The back side phillips crew driver is terrible. The inline is the one to have

There really isn’t a easy pocket clip solution for SAK. Gerber makes a SAK like knife with a cool clip but it is very thick.

    Or you could try this...

Climber gets my vote with black scales, its been one of my regular edc for the past 12 years. If I need a saw I use a full size saw, if I need a poz bit I use my wera kit.

I use a paracord lanyard on the split ring for easy access in the pocket

You will want the cork screw for the micro screwdriver.

What do you mean? It's a standard vic. This is not in any way meant as an insult, but how old are you if I may ask? Most people have held or owned one as a kid. Well, at least the people I know and I think 90% of the people on here. Just go to a store and hold one, if that is possible. That is the best way to make up your mind. Taste in vic models is personal. That's the beauty of getting to choose from so many models. Hope that helps.
Cheers from Holland my fellow forum nut.

Lol. Just get one of each that we mentioned. Hahaha.

Truthfully if your budget is $100 it might be doable second hand.
