I Drive a 07 Ford Escape 4x4 and this is the stuff I keep in it.

Within easy reach of the Driver (me) is a Small pack hatchet in the door and a Cold Steel Safe Maker 2 in the visor.

This is my boot. I like to keep it organized.

In the milk crate is a come-a-long, tow strap, cables, funnels, Cold Steel Bowie Machete, heavily modified Swedish military shovel, and my homemade hatchet.

Next in the black crate I keep a tool bag (grey), 5.11 B.O.B, road flares and a umbrella.

Contents of my 5.11 bag. Poncho, Swedish canteen, paracord, leather sap, multi tool, lantern, glow sticks, first aid, and fire starting stuff

    Thanks for looking

Those black rubber tarp straps are very limited in usefulness.

I would recommend picking up a few Monkey Finger straps at your local Walmart. They are adjustable bungee cords with substantially more stretch than the cheap elastic ones or the stiff tarp straps.

I keep a tow strap, shovel, med kit, water, air compressor, tools, and that's about it.

Not expecting the apocalypse anytime soon.

Larger med kit, flask, smaller med kit and micro reflective cord.

    But it’s not a large SUV[IMG]

So this isn't EDC related, but sure is handy for camping/overlanding.

Got me a big battery and fridge, the 2 should work together for about 4 to 5 days depending on the weather and how often I open it.

The fridge is an 18 quart capacity, capable of 0°f temperature, likely i will keep it at 40°.

    The battery is 500 watts.
