Ive got the Standard Endura wave. Great knife very fast, smooth. Full deployment everytime. You'll love it if you can ever bring yourself to use it. :)

Combo Edge is what puts it off for me. plus I hate the looks of the wave feature.

Depends on the application. I see very few applications where you absolutely need a serrated blade in bushcraft, survival and everyday life. The bottle opener... ... .... ..... somehow it is for me like "We can add this feature, so we will do it, whether it makes sense or not!" Why on earth should a USN member need a bottle opener on duty? A belt cutter would have made (slightly) more sense. The color is good, stands out on a liferaft, too. The coating makes sense in a saltwater environment.

After I picked the knife to pieces ;) I have to say that from a collectors point of view, there is only one answer: Go for it!

^2 things...USN is Usual Suspect Network not US Navy FYI and I assume you are referring to the wave opening as a bottle opener? The wave is awesome, I have it on several Emerson and wish that Spyderco would put it on more. Makes opening the knife so much faster.

Tanks for the info. Did not now those guys. Well, to me it still is a bottle opener. ;)

I'm kinda "meh" about the wave feature, but that color with the black blade is the shizz! Nice score!
